The day started early but it was worth it. I organized a Sunrise photo MeetUp to capture the Cherry Blossoms along Washington DC's Tidal Basin. BTW, a little known fact... Eliza Scidmore, a photographer and writer for National Geographic played an important role in bringing the cherry blossoms to Washington DC in 1912. To learn more about Eliza click on link below.
